Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Pham Ngoc Thuong said that 30 years ago, HUTECH was established in the context of the socialization of education. From a young non-public university with 3 training majors, the school has now become a multi-disciplinary, multi-level university education institution with prestige in the Vietnamese university education system.

With a total training scale of up to 35,000 students, the school has made a practical contribution to the development of human resources for the country. More than 100,000 graduates are working in various fields.
