During the past term, the Farmers' Associations of communes have always been proactive, creative, and innovative in their content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots level; strengthened propaganda and mobilized cadres and farmer members to unite, overcome difficulties, and strive to successfully implement the goals and tasks of the association's work and the farmers' movement.

The work of propaganda and political and ideological education for members and farmers has been focused and promoted. The content and form are associated with the application of digital transformation, diverse and rich, bringing practical results. The work of building the association's organization continues to be consolidated, improved and improved in quality after the implementation of arrangement and merger. The movement of farmers competing in production, good business, solidarity to help each other get rich and reduce poverty has achieved many results. Many new and highly effective economic models directly directed and assisted by the farmers' association are increasingly evident. The association strengthens activities to connect and support farmers in consuming agricultural products and promotes the development of OCOP products, affirming the pioneering role of farmers in rural economic development. Activities of capital support, services and technology transfer continue to be effective. The material and spiritual life of farmer members has been improved.

At the congresses, the focus was on discussing and evaluating the results achieved, pointing out the shortcomings and limitations; at the same time, proposing directions, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term. In particular, the associations continue to focus on propaganda and mobilizing members to develop sustainable agricultural economy , apply high technology, build new-style cooperatives and cooperatives; at the same time, strengthen training and fostering of association officials, improve the quality of activities at the grassroots level; enhance the role and responsibility of farmers in agricultural development, building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; strengthen the organization of consulting, support, service and vocational training activities for farmers; build and develop collective economic models in agriculture and rural areas...

At the congresses, decisions were announced to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of communes for the 2025 - 2030 term; at the same time, decisions to appoint delegates to attend the higher-level Congresses were announced.
