Ho Chi Minh City University of Culture welcomes new students

In the 2023 regular university entrance exam, Ho Chi Minh City University of Culture will enroll 900 students for the following majors: Library Information; Museum Studies; Tourism and Travel Services Management; Publishing Business; Cultural Management; Cultural Studies; Culture of Vietnamese Ethnic Minorities and Tourism.

To facilitate the admission procedures for candidates, the school has arranged 2 student reception locations at 2 training facilities of the school to receive applications and increase the number of staff in charge of receiving students. In addition, the school also increases the number of volunteer students to guide locations, support new students and their families to complete admission procedures and dormitory procedures more quickly.

Currently, the school's two training facilities (facility 1 at 51 Quoc Huong, Thao Dien ward, Thu Duc city and facility 2 at 288 Do Xuan Hop, Phuoc Long A ward, Thu Duc city) both have dormitories for students.

The new students have settled into their dormitories.

New full-time students for the 2023-2024 school year will continue to complete admission procedures in the following days. After admission, new students will settle into their accommodations and participate in the first-term political activities as prescribed.

According to the plan, new students will participate in the first week of civic activities from September 11 to 16. The opening ceremony of the 2023-2027 course and the 2023-2024 school year will take place on September 18. Students will study for 16 weeks with 16 credits from the afternoon of September 18 to January 5, 2024. Students will take final exams from January 8 to January 25, 2024.
