For those traveling by domestic flight in China, the singer will refund up to 2,000 yuan (6.8 million VND) per person, per leg (both outbound and return). The organizers and singers will do their best to resolve the reasonable requests of the audience. We hope everyone understands and supports us."
According to Sina , Jacky Cheung's compensation plan is among the top topics attracting attention on Weibo , because in the past, many singers canceled shows due to illness but only refunded concert tickets without compensating for travel and accommodation expenses. Jacky Cheung's approach is rare in the industry.

On Shangyou News , lawyer Truong Ve Binh said that according to the law, the singer is obliged to refund the tickets to the audience, but there are no clear regulations regarding compensation for travel and accommodation expenses. However, the audience can file a petition to the court to request compensation. To be compensated, they must prove that they came to the concert for the purpose of attending, not for fun or work, and then came to watch. The process of claiming compensation is also long and has many procedures.
Therefore, Truong Ve Binh believes that Jacky Cheung's initiative to propose a compensation plan is an admirable action.
