From the "Healthy Nutrition" project of Olympia School, "Hoa Hy Vong" at Hy Vong School Da Nang , to the movement initiatives of iSchool Soc Trang or the sustainable learning environment at Vinschool Grand Park..., all are contributing to forming healthy and positive living habits for students.
Since its inception, the AIA Healthiest Schools program has been positioned as a journey to bring about profound changes to transform schools into places that foster healthy lifestyles and holistic development for students. The journey has now entered its third season with a strong influence on hundreds of thousands of teachers and students across the country.
The program was initiated by AIA Group with the goal of creating a modern school model where students are comprehensively developed in terms of physical, mental and environmental awareness. Since the first year of implementation, participating projects have clearly reflected the connection between health andeducation through creative, close and practical approaches.
Healthy nutrition nourishes both body and mind
With the project “Healthy Nutrition”, Olympia Inter-level School ( Hanoi ) has turned seemingly dry lessons into lively and close experiences. Instead of just learning theory, students directly learn about the nutritional components of daily dishes, design their own reasonable menus, and discuss the relationship between eating habits and learning spirit.
The activity does not stop at the classroom level but also spreads to the family through new nutritious meals proposed by the children themselves. The project has touched the core of a healthy lifestyle - that is knowing how to actively listen to your body, understand yourself and make the right choices for yourself.

When sports become an indispensable activity at school
iSchool Soc Trang International Integration School has come up with a completely new approach by integrating sports with spiritual values such as initiative, team spirit and the will to overcome personal limits into the same project.
With the name “For a dynamic school, active students”, the school encourages each student to find a favorite sport to practice regularly every day, from basketball, soccer to yoga or modern dance. Teachers are not only instructors but also join students as companions. Thanks to that, the school becomes a place where students relieve stress, practice endurance, develop team spirit and learn how to conquer themselves.

“Flower of Hope” brings healthy mental health
Choosing mental health as the focus, Danang Hy Vong Primary, Secondary and High School implemented the “Hoa Hy Vong” project as a gentle but profound message to students: “You may not be perfect, but you always deserve to be loved.”
The project has created a space for students to share their feelings, learn how to control their moods and understand themselves. This is an important step to help them overcome the challenges of school age, while strengthening the bond between teachers, students and parents.
The classroom space has been expanded into a safe sharing space, where teachers and students work together to overcome stress, failure, and grow with a stronger spirit. “Writing a letter to yourself” or “Listening and responding without judgment” are activities that have left many emotional moments, making the school a truly positive environment for the children.

One small change will make the world greener and more sustainable.
Without any need for ostentatious activities, Vinschool Grand Park Primary School quietly creates a "green wave" in the student community through practical activities such as sorting trash, recycling paper, making school supplies from old materials... The "My Planet" project not only helps students understand the connection between personal actions and the living environment but also inspires the mindset of protecting the planet from the smallest things.
Whether it’s nutrition, mental health, exercise or the environment, the common thread among all projects is the students. They are not only recipients but also creators and spreaders. That is the journey that AIA is aiming for – empowering students to become the center of change, from awareness to action.
