Giang Vo Secondary School posted a sign saying the school has a French language program that meets international standards.

TPO - On the morning of September 18, Giang Vo Secondary School, Ba Dinh District (Hanoi) solemnly held a ceremony to affix the "School with an international standard French language teaching program" (LabelFranceducation) label issued by the French Education Agency Abroad (AEFE) to bilingual schools with international standard French language teaching quality in the world.

The ceremony of placing the sign "School with international standard French language teaching program" is an important milestone marking Giang Vo Secondary School officially becoming a member of the network of 716 schools worldwide , including 21 schools in Vietnam, with the LabelFranceducation sign.

In his congratulatory speech, Ambassador of the Republic of France to Vietnam, Olivier Brochet, emphasized: “The LabelFranceducation label is a quality certificate granted by the French Government to schools abroad that have actively contributed to the development of French language and culture.”

Giang Vo Secondary School has received the prestigious label, proving that the school has met many evaluation criteria according to international standards such as: having a friendly and modern pedagogical environment, having a team of highly qualified teachers, having a comprehensive educational program in culture, arts, skills, etc.

Ms. To Thi Hai Yen, Principal of the school shared: “Giang Vo School has implemented the French language teaching program since its inception. There have been many generations of French-speaking students who have graduated from the school, and they have continued to use French to study, work and succeed in many fields.”

“After being awarded the sign, the school will have a French language program that meets international standards. Teachers and students will certainly have many opportunities to access rich learning resources and exchange with international standard schools around the world and in Vietnam,” said Ms. Yen.

At the ceremony, students of Giang Vo Secondary School presented Ambassador Olivier Brochet with a special gift, a painting drawn by French students to express their love for the French language and convey the message "With French, we will go further and faster".

Students of Giang Vo Secondary School also performed extremely unique performances imbued with Vietnamese cultural identity and expressed their love for the French language as well as the cooperation and friendship between Vietnam and France.

With the FrancEducation Label, Giang Vo Secondary School has affirmed its position in the Vietnamese education system and increasingly integrated with international education, while helping the school improve teaching quality, meet the concerns of parents and the increasing demand for learning French of students.
