Sharing his feelings after the traditionaleducation sessions and talks on the sea and islands, Private Tran Van Danh, a soldier of Company 8, Battalion 2, Regiment 4, said: “Through the process of comrade Thao’s analysis and explanation, I understood the content more deeply and felt interested in each lesson. Through the stories about traditions and heroic examples, I understood more about the unit’s history and grasped the knowledge from the lectures.”

Not only inspiring with his eloquence, Lieutenant Colonel Ninh Quang Thao is also always exemplary in carrying out his tasks. During his work, Comrade Thao has won the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level 8 times. In 2020, he was voted as one of the 10 Outstanding Young Faces of the entire army, promoted to the rank of Major ahead of schedule in 2021 and promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel ahead of schedule in 2024.
