The emulation movement will be implemented from 2025 to 2030 and divided into two phases: Phase 1 from 2025 to 2027; Phase 2 from 2027 to 2030.

The peak competition "Raise the August red flag - Compete for 3 first prizes" will take place from July 10 to October 31.

The Center focuses on implementing 3 goals: Highest will, awareness, and responsibility; performing political tasks with the highest results; building discipline, law enforcement, and strictest discipline; reforming military administration, breaking through innovation, creativity, digital transformation, and implementing the "Digital Popular Education" Movement with the highest results.

At the launching ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Huu Luong requested Party committees and commanders at all levels to actively promote information, propaganda andeducation activities to raise awareness among officers and soldiers about the significance, great stature and great historical value of the August Revolution and National Day September 2; to well carry out the work of gratitude and the Army's rear policy, proactively overcome all difficulties, unite and be ready to receive and complete all assigned tasks.
