In 2025, Emulation Cluster No. 2 includes the Regional Defense Command and the Provincial Border Guard Command, with the Regional Defense Command 1 - Long Phu as the cluster leader.

Units in the cluster have synchronously and comprehensively deployed emulation contents, associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; the campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new period; well implementing Resolution 847 of the Central Military Commission Standing Committee, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere.

Through the emulation movement, the units have successfully completed political , military, and defense tasks, ensuring political security and social order and safety in the area. Many creative models and methods have been effectively implemented, such as: "Picking up and dropping off students during flood season", "1+1", "Grains of rice of love", "Jars of rice of love", "Bundles of vegetables of love", "Raising piggy banks to contribute revolving capital", "Installing a system of water filters for bottles in the unit", "Automatic electronic propaganda equipment"...

The movements "Digital literacy", "Armed forces compete in innovation and digital transformation", "Skilled mass mobilization", "Good mass mobilization unit" were widely launched, contributing to building the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the hearts of the people.

During the year, cluster members proposed and awarded 169 collectives and 460 individuals with outstanding achievements in peak emulation movements.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Huynh Van Khoi, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, acknowledged and commended the sense of responsibility, solidarity and creativity of the collectives and individuals in Emulation Cluster No. 2.

Colonel Huynh Van Khoi requested that in the coming time, the members of the cluster continue to thoroughly grasp Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on patriotic emulation, directives and resolutions at all levels on emulation and reward work. At the same time, innovate the content and form of emulation in a practical and effective direction, associated with the implementation of political tasks, building a comprehensively strong agency and unit that is "exemplary and typical".

Along with that, focus on discovering, fostering, and replicating good models, creative practices, and advanced examples; promptly rewarding collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements, creating motivation to strive to successfully complete the tasks of 2026.
