Media coverage of legal aid in Bach Dich commune.

From December 9th to 13th, the State Legal Aid Center No. 2 (Department of Justice) coordinated with the People's Committee of Bach Dich commune to organize a legal aid awareness campaign for residents in the commune.

People received leaflets about their legal aid rights.

In 12 villages within Bach Dich commune, officials and legal aid assistants from State Legal Aid Center No. 2 will disseminate information about legal aid policies to the people. They will also directly advise and answer legal questions related to marriage, family, land, civil matters, complaints, and the legitimate rights of citizens.

In addition, the program focuses on improving the right to legal aid for the elderly, people with disabilities, the poor, and vulnerable groups facing financial difficulties. People also discuss specific legal cases and procedures and receive direct answers.

This program concretizes the tasks in the National Target Program for socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in 2025. At the same time, it helps people better understand the regulations of the 2017 Legal Aid Law and the State's policies for those eligible for free legal aid.
