Vice Chairwoman of TTC AgriS Board of Directors - Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My, delivered the opening speech at the TTC AgriS Innovation Day 2023 event with a focus on sustainable economic agricultural development.
2023 marks an important milestone for TTC AgriS in transforming the traditional agricultural business management model into an integrated smart agricultural economic model - market-oriented, product-oriented, promoting agricultural economic thinking instead of pure production thinking. The Innovation Day 2023 event is an important milestone in this transformation journey.
Sharing about the significance of the program, Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of TTC AgriS said: "TTC AgriS Innovation Day 2023 opens a new chapter on the comprehensive journey of the sustainable nutritional value chain - creating a common playground for science and technology - agricultural economics. The first year of organizing Innovation Day with the theme "Serving the best natural nutrition for body needs", TTC AgriS affirmed its goal of participating in the Plant-based food production and processing game with the expectation of increasing public awareness of natural nutritional values that are good for health and have a positive impact on the environment; at the same time, promoting a healthy daily diet for global consumers as a smart and sustainable choice.
The discussion session "The Era of Plant-based Food" provides useful information about the Plant-based trend that TTC AgriS is developing.
The highlight of the event was the two discussion sessions on the topics "The Era of Plant-based Food" and "The Journey of Sustainable Development" with the participation of leading experts in the fields of nutrition, food, and agriculture.
