From the beginning of the year, Tu Le commune reviewed and identified the main causes of poverty, analyzing and evaluating the indicators of deprivation in each household. In the first months of 2025, the commune focused on providing support for house construction and vocational training according to provincial programs and projects, helping people access two out of six basic social services.

At the same time, it is urgent to address the consequences of the four natural disasters and complete the restoration of basic social services such as education , healthcare, and communication in the area.

In the first nine months of 2025, the commune provided employment for 212 people; 42 households received funding to build new houses and repair existing ones, ensuring they meet the "three solid" standards (solid walls, solid roof, solid roof).
