For example, in the case of appraising real estate transfer documents of households and individuals, the fee is 1,010,000 - 1,400,000 VND instead of 650,000 - 950,000 VND as before. For organizations, the fee is 1,800,000 - 2,250,000 VND instead of 950,000 - 1,650,000 VND.

In case of appraisal of documents for initial re-issuance, new issuance, exchange, re-issuance and other types of changes of households, individuals and communities, the fee must be 600,000 - 2,850,000 VND; agencies, organizations and religious establishments must pay 1,000,000 - 3,000,000 million VND.

In addition, the resolution on the fee for registration of secured transactions (for registration activities carried out by local authorities) using land use rights and assets attached to land (pink books) also took effect from June 1. Accordingly, in the case of mortgage, the fee will increase from VND80,000 to VND720,000 - VND1,000,000 for households and individuals (an increase of 9 - 12.5 times). From VND1,550,000 - VND1,950,000 for agencies and organizations (an increase of 19 - 24 times). In case of change in mortgage content, the same increase will apply as in the case of mortgage (the old fee is VND60,000). The remaining cases will not change the fee.

The new resolution also stipulates exemption of fees for children, poor households, the elderly, the disabled, people with revolutionary contributions, and ethnic minorities in communes with particularly difficult socio -economic conditions. The People's Committees of districts, towns, and Thu Duc City will collect fees in cases of land allocation and land lease to individuals, households, and residential communities. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment will collect fees in cases of land allocation and land lease to organizations, religious establishments, and cases of registration for pink books.
