Regarding the case of Hoang Dinh Tuan (aka Tuan "Pho ma", Tuan "Pho ma 36", from Thanh Hoa province) being arrested for gambling, the People's Procuracy of Yen Phong district ( Bac Ninh province) approved the decision to prosecute and temporarily detain Tuan "Pho ma" along with Do Van Binh (28 years old), Tran Van Phuc (35 years old, all residing in Thuong Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province) and Nguyen Van Huy (20 years old, residing in Nho Quan district, Ninh Binh province) for the same crime.

According to Dan Tri reporter's source, from the night of January 15 to the afternoon of January 16, Tuan "Pho Ma" and the above defendants were determined to have played billiards at a shop in Yen Phong district.

During the game, Tuan's group bet 5-20 million VND/game. The total amount of money the defendants bet was up to 1 billion VND.
