Youth of Party agencies improve capacity to apply digital technology in performing public duties

At the forum, delegates listened to speaker Bui Quang Cuong, Founder and CEO of Iviet Business Development Solutions Limited Liability Company, present two topics: "Application of artificial intelligence (AI) in capturing, analyzing and orienting public opinion on cyberspace" and "Application of artificial intelligence (AI) in professional and technical work".

According to Secretary of the Youth Union of Central Party agencies Tran Thi Ngoc Quynh, through in-depth and practical content, the forum is an opportunity for union members and youth of Central Party agencies to update new knowledge and improve their capacity to apply digital technology and artificial intelligence.

From the knowledge acquired at the forum, delegates will have innovative thinking, creativity, mastery of technology, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation to spread to young staff in related agencies and units.

"In recent times, young people of the Central Party agencies have made efforts and actively contributed to digital transformation work at agencies and units. However, we must frankly admit that this process still faces many challenges such as unsynchronized technology infrastructure; information security, safety and data confidentiality; and human resources who have both a deep understanding of the Party's expertise and profession and a high level of information technology. In particular, the biggest challenge is probably still in thinking and awareness," said comrade Tran Thi Ngoc Quynh.

The forum was organized to promote the pioneering and creative role of youth in Central Party agencies in the process of comprehensive digital transformation.

Through this, the Party's administrative system will be gradually modernized, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals of science, technology and innovation development in the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
