Youth of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations deploy 7 youth projects in mountainous areas

Within the framework of the Journey to the Source, the youth union members and volunteers inaugurated and handed over many projects, and organized medical examination and treatment activities for people in the highlands with a total value of about 325 million VND.

The delegation and local government representatives inaugurated the youth project "Community Playground" within the framework of the Journey.

On July 26, the Youth Union of the Fatherland Front, Central organizations coordinated with the Tuyen Quang Provincial Youth Union, the National Assembly Youth Union, and the Hanoi National University Youth Union to organize a "Journey to the Source", political activities and incense offering to commemorate heroic martyrs at red addresses in Tuyen Quang province.

Within the framework of the Journey, the delegates offered incense at Tan Trao Communal House Relic Site, visited Tan Lap Cultural Village and Tan Trao banyan tree, where General Vo Nguyen Giap read Military Order No. 1 of the National Uprising Committee ordering the general uprising in 1945, the Temple of President Ho Chi Minh and revolutionary predecessors...

"This is the first journey back to the roots of the youth of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations. It is even more meaningful when the red addresses in the journey are all lands rich in revolutionary traditions, places bearing the heroic historical mark of our Vietnamese people," comrade Nguyen Nhat Linh, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations, shared.

On this occasion, the youth of the Fatherland Front and central organizations launched the "Summer Youth Volunteer" Campaign in 2025 with many practical tasks related to social security work.

Specifically, the delegation presented 7 youth projects, presented many gifts to support policy households, those with revolutionary contributions, accompanied poor students to overcome difficulties; handed over funds to operate a number of volunteer teams, and supported local authorities at two levels...

The above-mentioned projects include: "Community playground", "Youth flower route"; "Lighting up the countryside road", "Health medicine cabinet", "Kim Dong bookcase", "Bookcase to raise dreams", "National flag road".

It is known that the total resource value of social security activities implemented is about 325 million VND.

On the same evening, the working delegation coordinated with the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Minh Xuan Ward (Tuyen Quang Province) to solemnly organize the "Candle Lighting Ceremony to pay tribute to heroic martyrs" on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day at the Martyrs Cemetery of Tuyen Quang Province.
