A notable highlight in the starting lineup of Vietnam futsal in this match is the appearance of young goalkeeper Van Luong, instead of Ho Van Y or Nguyen Van Tu.
Besides, Coach Giustozzi also boldly experimented with a team with many new faces such as Lam Toi, Cong Vien, Cong Dai alongside veteran Tu Minh Quang, showing preparation for the future of Vietnamese futsal.
On the Kazakhstan side, after a 1-4 defeat in the first leg, the team entered the match with great determination. With Vietnam's lineup having many changes, the away team quickly took control of the game and created great pressure. However, Van Luong had two excellent saves against Kaibay Damir (minute 7) and Abdumanapuly (minute 10).
However, the inexperience of the Vietnamese defense was exploited by Kazakhstan. From a corner kick right after Van Luong's save, Sagyndyrov suddenly fired a direct shot, opening the score for the away team.
Just two minutes later (minute 12), Kazakhstan doubled the gap after a quick counter-attack, ending with Pialy's dangerous cross-angle shot.

Coach Giustozzi immediately made adjustments. Goalkeeper Nguyen Van Tu was put on the field, and the team's tactics also changed. This adjustment brought immediate results, as the home team played more confidently.
The turning point of the match came in the 16th minute. Cong Vien broke away from midfield, faced goalkeeper Higuita and then nutmegged his opponent, narrowing the score to 1-2.
In the second half, the spirit of the Vietnamese players was high. In the 23rd minute, from a well-coordinated sideline kick, Thinh Phat skillfully back-heeled the ball for Manh Dung to run up and finish close to the goal, leveling the score at 2-2.
After that, Thinh Phat and Nhan Gia Hung had dangerous shots but could not score. Both teams accepted a 2-2 draw. With this result, the total score after two friendly matches was 6-3 in favor of the Vietnamese team.
These are important tests to help coach Giustozzi and his team prepare for the upcoming 2025 Asian Futsal Qualifiers and the 33rd SEA Games.
Goalkeeper-deceiving masterpiece in Portuguese futsal tournament Zicky Te performed a series of technical moves before opening the score for Sporting in the 3-2 win over Benfica in the Portuguese futsal championship on June 17.
