Tuyen Quang completes preparations towards the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030

Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh and provincial leaders inspected the reception area for delegates at Tuyen Quang Provincial Convention Center.

Comrade Hau A Lenh, Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, and the working delegation inspected many important items serving the Congress, from the decoration work at the Provincial Convention Center, arrangement of the hall, meeting room, delegate reception area and the work of the sub-committees.

Comrade Hau A Lenh, Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, gave his opinion on the arrangement plan and program of the Congress.

He requested that all departments and units continue to review every specific detail, ensuring that no mistakes occur. From the main hall to the small meeting rooms, they must be solemn, in accordance with the principles, and reflect the characteristics of the province. The propaganda and celebration subcommittee inspected the central wards, and rectified the flag-hanging and environmental sanitation of the people. All agencies, public service units, and headquarters of organizations and enterprises in the area must hang flags and banners in a solemn, cheerful, and exciting manner.

Comrade Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh inspected the area where information was shown to delegates.

He also requested to strengthen inspection of food hygiene and safety, fire safety at all restaurants and hotels in the central communes and wards. The police force coordinates with local authorities to ensure security and safety for delegates and people; regulate traffic, patrol and maintain traffic order and safety in the central area of the province and on the routes and locations where the delegation offers incense in memory.

For the official Congress content, it is necessary to continuously update information and edit it in accordance with the Central Committee's direction and congress organization regulations; create a beautiful space for delegates to take souvenir photos.

During and after the Congress, timely and complete information must be provided to the central and local press. When interviewing delegates, it must be through the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, and prior written notice must be given after the Head of Delegation has made a selection. During the Congress, strict regulations on travel and telephone use by official delegates, journalists, reporters and service staff must be followed.

Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh requested the agencies and units assigned with tasks to continue to promote the sense of responsibility, coordinate closely, do a good job of preparation, and be determined to successfully organize the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
