Introduce the information system in search and rescue of fishing vessels; regulations on departure conditions for people and means of fishing at sea; regulations on combating illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing. Provide instructions on some first aid operations and distress reporting equipment. Organize the distribution and donation of a number of equipment, legal documents, search and rescue handbooks... to participants.
