With the goal of continuing to promote and improve the effectiveness of medical examination and treatment and the implementation of Health Insurance in the entire army, the training program guides the following contents: Dissemination and guidance on the implementation of the Decree; Circular detailing a number of articles of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment No. 15/2023/QH15 dated January 9, 2023. Dissemination and guidance on the implementation of the Decree; Circular detailing and guiding measures to implement the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Health Insurance No. 51/2024/QH15 dated November 27, 2024.

Guidance on the implementation of directives, circulars, and decisions on digital transformation in healthcare, electronic medical records, and smart hospitals. Improving the capacity of organizing and implementing health management for military medical officers and staff at all levels; contributing to improving the health quality of soldiers and people. Some contents and solutions to improve the effectiveness of traditional medicine activities in the military hospital system.

MSc. Tran Thi Trang, Director of Health Insurance Department ( Ministry of Health ) presented some contents of health insurance policies and laws.

The lecturers are experts working at the following units: Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management, Department of Health Insurance, National Health Information Center (Ministry of Health), Department of Social Policy (General Department of Politics). The cadres participating in the training are commanders and officers of the focal military medical departments under the Ministry of National Defense ; hospital commanders; commanders and officers of the hospital's General Planning Department/Office; military medical officers at division level and equivalent; chief medical officers of the Military Commands of provinces and centrally-run cities, Border Guard Commands of provinces; chief medical officers of academies and schools.

The contents of the training course will help the officers participating in the training to apply knowledge at the unit flexibly and in accordance with regulations. After the training, they will continue to advise commanders at all levels to effectively perform medical examination and treatment, implement health insurance; at the same time, build a military medical unit with sufficient capacity to meet current mission requirements.
