The locality is a key investment area of the province with many large, dynamic projects with high spillover effects. With the task of ensuring clean land for projects to be implemented smoothly, the town is unified in directing and effectively implementing solutions, closely following the province's plan to speed up the site clearance progress. In addition to strictly complying with the site clearance process according to State regulations, the town closely follows actual conditions, makes maximum use of policies for the people, and creates consensus for people to hand over the site soon.

Specifically, to effectively implement the land acquisition work, Quang Yen Town regularly reviews and develops progress plans for each project and each household in the project according to levels from difficult to easy. Proactively apply effective measures in land acquisition; strictly implement the announcement and publicization of plans and projects; actively coordinate and mobilize the synchronous participation of units and organizations; strengthen the propaganda and dissemination of policies and mechanisms, the effectiveness of projects; encourage and persuade people to comply with the land acquisition and handover policies, creating conditions for projects to be implemented.

For each specific project, Quang Yen Town established an Appraisal Council, the procedures were public and transparent, the compensation and support regimes were properly and fully applied according to regulations; professional measures were flexibly applied to shorten the time for approving the plan according to the short-term process with the motto "Quick explanation - early completion", adjusting the time for posting and the time for drafting the plan to overlap...

For households that deliberately delay, the town will classify and evaluate the backlog and obstacles due to policies or other issues to propose drastic solutions for each specific case. The goal is to resolve all difficulties, not allowing a few households to affect the progress of the project.

Land acquisition and clearance work in Quang Yen town has been effectively implemented in recent times.
