TYM cares about and nurtures the happiness and unity of families.

The TYM Trade Union - Nam Thanh Hoa Branch has 26 union members, including 20 female members. All TYM union members demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and enthusiasm in union activities. All union members adhere to the principle of collective leadership and individual responsibility, always upholding internal solidarity. Furthermore, they effectively implement credit programs, disburse funds quickly and promptly to the intended beneficiaries; diligently collect principal and interest on time; continuously improve credit quality; and effectively manage and maintain the operational efficiency of the transaction offices.

The TYM Trade Union - Nam Thanh Hoa Branch organized a volleyball exchange to celebrate International Women's Day on March 8th.

Accordingly, the branch's trade union has closely coordinated with the Party committee and the branch management board to disseminate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and TYM's policies to union members. They have proactively and collaboratively organized inspections and monitoring of the implementation of policies and regulations at the unit, such as salaries, bonuses, sick leave, social insurance, health insurance, labor contracts, financial management and expenditure, trade union funds, asset management and use, and the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations. In addition, TYM staff regularly participate in training courses to improve their skills and professional expertise. To date, 12 union members are Party members.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang, Head of the TYM Trade Union - Nam Thanh Hoa Branch, shared: “The TYM Trade Union always focuses on building a strong organization, effectively fulfilling its functions and duties in caring for the material and spiritual lives of union members and their families; conducting diverse and rich forms of propaganda and education ; launching emulation movements closely aligned with the unit's tasks; coordinating the development and implementation of internal spending regulations; effectively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members such as salary, seniority, maternity leave, and other welfare benefits; and providing timely support to union members facing difficulties, illness, or family events such as weddings or funerals.”

Furthermore, 100% of the union members actively registered for and participated in the "Two Goods" emulation movement launched by the Party Committee, linked to the targets of fulfilling union members' responsibilities. This was demonstrated through improved sense of responsibility, proactively completing professional tasks well; adhering to professional procedures; maintaining ethical qualities, lifestyle, and a civilized and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service. In addition, union members at the branch always set a good example in community activities. The union always prioritizes caring for union members and employees. Besides that, the union has also effectively implemented the grassroots democracy regulations, organized dialogues and negotiations between employees and employers; and participated in effectively implementing occupational safety, hygiene, and labor protection work at the branch. The union has coordinated with the professional departments to fully implement regulations on wages, bonuses, overtime pay, and insurance contributions for employees.

In the coming period, with the goal of continuously innovating the content and methods of operation, the TYM Trade Union - Nam Thanh Hoa Branch will continue to build and strengthen a strong, united, and effective organization, doing a good job in managing, educating, and training union members, building a team of union members who are ideologically sound, morally upright, intelligent, highly responsible, dedicated to their work, and striving to complete assigned tasks.
