The campaign "Building a family with 5 no's, 3 clean's, and 3 safe's" has been widely implemented by women's associations at all levels throughout the province. During the Lunar New Year and leading up to the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and representatives to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, 100% of local women's associations simultaneously launched environmental sanitation campaigns, beautifying village roads and alleys, creating a green, clean, and beautiful landscape.
Since the beginning of the year, the entire province has organized over 3,000 environmental sanitation sessions with the participation of more than 450,000 officials, members, women, and citizens; mobilizing over 1,000 man-days of labor to care for and maintain women-managed roads. Many practical projects and activities continue to be maintained and expanded, such as: "Women's Flag Road," "Lighting Road," "Women's Self-Managed Road Section," "Flower Road," "Green House," "Household Waste Sorting and Treatment," "National Flag Road," etc., contributing to the increasingly renewed appearance of rural areas.
Several exemplary models have created a strong ripple effect in the community, such as: the "Lighting Up the Countryside" project in Dai Phuc commune; the "Collecting Waste in the Right Place - Giving Love in the Right Place" model in Quang Son commune; and the "Mong Ethnic Minority People in Lan Quan Hamlet Maintaining Their Ethnic Cultural Identity" model... These activities and models have contributed to raising awareness of environmental hygiene, building a bright, green, clean, beautiful, and civilized rural landscape.
