On the award podium, VFF President Tran Quoc Tuan was present, along with the members of the U23 Vietnam team, to lift the championship trophy. The head of VFF was very happy when the U23 Vietnam team made history with 3 consecutive championships in 2022, 2023 and 2025. This is an unprecedented achievement in the regional football community.

As for coach Kim Sang Sik , he became the first coach in history to conquer both the biggest titles in Southeast Asia: national team championship (ASEAN Cup 2024) and U23 Southeast Asia championship 2025. Not only has coaching talent, the Korean strategist has shown to be very good at Vietnamese football.

In addition, striker Dinh Bac was awarded the Best Player award. The CAHN striker contributed 2 goals and impressive performance in this year's tournament. The title became even more meaningful when the striker born in 2004 just returned after a long break due to a broken toe.

Right after the final match, Mr. Tran Quoc Tuan, on behalf of VFF, gave a bonus of 1 billion VND to coach Kim Sang Sik and his team. Thus, together with the bonus of 500 million VND for passing the group stage and 500 million VND for the victory over U23 Philippines in the semi-finals, Dinh Bac and his teammates were awarded a total of 2 billion VND at the tournament.

It is expected that U23 Vietnam will leave Jakarta (Indonesia) with the Championship Cup at 1:50 p.m. on July 30, arriving at Tan Son Nhat Airport (HCMC) about 2 hours later. At 8 p.m. the same day, members from the Northern region will board a flight to Hanoi , ending their journey at the 2025 Southeast Asian U23 Championship.
