At the meeting, the departments and branches responsible for drafting documents reported on the progress of preparing the contents of the resolutions expected to be submitted at the Provincial People's Council meeting at the end of the year. Accordingly, there are 32 draft resolutions expected to be submitted at the meeting; the preparation work is being carried out by the departments, branches and localities according to regulations. However, in some branches, the progress of drafting resolutions is still slow, affecting the overall progress and quality of appraisal by the competent agencies. The Provincial People's Committee requested the departments and branches to agree on the progress of submitting documents to the province no later than October 10, 2023 for individual draft resolutions and no later than September 15, 2023 for draft resolutions that are legal documents.

Concluding the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments and branches to immediately overcome the slow progress, continue to urgently complete the content and documents to ensure the time schedule and quality of documents. Cases of registration to supplement the list of resolutions submitted at the year-end session of the Provincial People's Council need to be urgently consulted to meet the required progress. He assigned the Office of the Provincial People's Committee to inspect and urge departments and branches to complete the contents. Assigned the Department of Justice to guide agencies and units to advise on drafting resolutions in accordance with regulations; at the same time, comprehensively review the contents prepared for submission at the session and report progress to the Provincial People's Committee for timely direction when problems arise.
