This application also helps to find smart routes - integrated step-by-step navigation. Accordingly, users only need to enter the departure and destination points, the application will suggest the optimal route, along with detailed instructions on the bus route to take, the boarding/alighting points and the estimated time.
In particular, MultiGo also provides the latest news on public transport right on the application interface. In addition, the application can also be used to view real-time arrival times at stations, notify stations of arrivals and upcoming vehicles... Users can use MultiGo to pay for buses, Metro, and river buses without cash with the MultiPass card.
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Public Transport Management Center, MultiGo is the official application of the Department of Public Works and Transport and the Ho Chi Minh City Public Transport Management Center, integrated with platforms such as: traffic information application, Metro HURC application, Ho Chi Minh City digital citizen and TNGo application (public bicycle), providing a synchronous experience and comprehensive connection.
On the same day, the Public Transport Management Center, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport and Public Works, said that on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), the Center will apply free bus tickets for passengers on all routes on April 30.

Specifically, all passengers traveling by bus, including intra-provincial bus routes and adjacent provincial bus routes connecting to Ho Chi Minh City, are exempted from ticket fees on April 30. Passengers are given free tickets and enjoy full benefits when using the bus.
"This is a practical activity that deeply demonstrates patriotism, national pride and the responsibility of the public passenger transport industry towards passengers and city residents," said a representative of the Center.
