Choosing Bac Ninh as a strategic investment destination

SB Bac Giang Limited Liability Company is a member of Soilbuild Group. Today, we are pleased to receive the Investment Registration Certificate to implement the project of developing ready-built factories, warehouses and offices for lease in Yen Lu Industrial Park. Soilbuild is one of Singapore's prestigious real estate corporations with nearly 50 years of experience, specializing in investing, constructing and developing high-quality integrated housing and industrial projects.

In Vietnam, the project at Yen Lu Industrial Park is the Group's fourth project and the second project in Bac Ninh province, with a total investment of nearly VND1,600 billion (equivalent to more than USD62 million). Upon completion, the project will provide approximately 125,000 m² of modern factories, warehouses and offices for lease, contributing to promoting local economic development. Previously, Soilbuild's first project in Bac Ninh located at VSIP Bac Ninh II Industrial Park had its investment capital adjusted to increase from VND1,230 billion to VND1,983 billion. To date, the Group has invested a total of VND3,580 billion in Bac Ninh province.

Construction of large-scale, modern dry ports

Lach Huyen International Deepwater Port Industrial Park and Logistics Joint Stock Company operates in the fields of industrial park, seaport and logistics infrastructure development. In the field of infrastructure development, the Company is the investor of the Xuan Cau Industrial Park and Non-Tax Zone project in Hai Phong with a scale of 752 hectares, and is researching and implementing industrial parks in Mong Cai (335 hectares), Quang Yen (400 hectares) and some other localities. In the field of seaports and logistics, the Company's member units are implementing the Dong Son Dry Port project in Bac Ninh (17 hectares).

Today, we are extremely pleased to receive the Decision approving the investment policy for the Chau Phong Dry Port Project, Phu Lang Commune. This is an important milestone, marking the beginning of the project implementation process that we have spent a lot of time and effort to research and prepare.

During the process of implementing investment procedures, we have received attention, enthusiastic guidance and effective support from the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, departments, branches and local authorities. That companionship is a great motivation for us to confidently implement the project on schedule, ensuring quality and efficiency according to the set goals.

With the orientation of building a comprehensive port area including a port serving loading and unloading, transporting goods by waterway, a cargo storage yard, a warehouse area and a dry port, the project has an expected capacity of about 12.5 million tons of goods/year. We are committed to using investment capital effectively, fully complying with legal regulations on investment, construction, environment and commitments to the locality; at the same time creating jobs, contributing to the budget and promoting socio-economic development in Bac Ninh province.
