The model of the Dao Vien Ward Veterans Association with the task of ensuring traffic order and safety includes 24 members. Members participate on a voluntary basis, operating under the leadership of the Party Committee, management of the Ward People's Committee, and professional guidance of the Dao Vien Ward Police.

Members are responsible for propagating and mobilizing their families, relatives and local people to strictly comply with the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's laws and local regulations related to the field of ensuring traffic safety and public order; coordinate with the ward police and functional forces to participate in ensuring security and order, traffic safety and public order in the locality according to assigned functions and tasks.

Coordinate with the Ward Police to grasp the situation of traffic safety and order, existing problems and inadequacies in traffic organization in the area to promptly advise the Ward People's Committee and recommend competent agencies to resolve; coordinate with relevant departments to implement the model "Traffic safety school gate", the model "Queue to pick up children"; coordinate propaganda, clear roads, sidewalks, traffic safety corridors; propagate and guide members and people not to violate traffic safety and order, public order...
