Develop a Ministry-level data integration and sharing system (LGSP) connecting with information systems and databases within the ministry and connecting with the national data integration and sharing platform (NDXP) according to the Architecture Framework to exchange and share data with external agencies. Records of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers are updated and stored on the electronic storage system; 100% of applications with exploitation needs are deployed with digital signatures.
In particular, in 2023, the software and application for reporting, evaluating and monitoring the implementation of the National Target Program 1719 will be completed and applied nationwide. At the same time, an information system for reporting, evaluating and monitoring will be invested to serve the Operation Center of the National Target Program for Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas for the 2021-2025 period.
