Over the past 5 years, emulation and reward work in Nam Nha Trang ward has changed positively. Patriotic emulation movements have been widely deployed, closely following political tasks, arousing the spirit of solidarity and responsibility among cadres, union members, association members and people of all walks of life. Reward work has been deployed promptly, to the right people, for the right job; focusing on rewarding collectives and individuals directly working and working. Through mobilization work, the whole ward has supported the construction and repair of 31 houses for poor, near-poor and disadvantaged households; supported 310 cases of sudden difficulties among poor households, near-poor households, poor students and supported medical examination and treatment with an amount of 320 million VND. Over the past 5 years, 130 young people have been introduced to join the Party. The whole ward has 480 collectives, 415 families, 5,760 outstanding individuals awarded certificates of merit by the People's Committee of the ward and the city; 2 collectives and 2 individuals received certificates of merit from the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; 1 individual received a certificate of merit from the Provincial People's Committee, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Prime Minister.

In the period of 2025 - 2030, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of Nam Nha Trang ward continue to promote the patriotic emulation movement associated with key campaigns and programs of the Front and the task of urban development, building a humane, civilized and modern community; build at least 10 new pilot models associated with digital transformation, applying technology in community activities; innovate and improve the effectiveness of self-management models. Each year, the whole ward strives to introduce at least 2 - 3 typical examples for propaganda and replication; support scholarships, build and repair houses, and provide emergency assistance for at least 2 - 4 cases...
