At the program, authorized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Mr. Nguyen Quang Manh - Standing Deputy Secretary of Duy Xuyen District Party Committee and Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh - Chairman of the District Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee awarded the Commemorative Medal "For the Cause of Great National Unity" and presented flowers to congratulate Mr. Phan Ngoc Anh.
This is the highest recognition of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for individuals with outstanding contributions to the cause of national unity.
With the motto "Living is giving, not just receiving", over the years, Mr. Phan Ngoc Anh has always accompanied, shared, and helped poor households, near-poor households, and disadvantaged families build spacious houses; given gifts on every holiday; sponsored scholarships for students who overcome difficulties to excel in their studies.
In addition, Mr. Phan Ngoc Anh also supported funding for pouring concrete on rural roads, intra-field roads, building new and repairing village cultural houses in Duy Chau, Duy Hoa, Duy Tan, Duy Phu communes... contributing to bringing these communes to the new rural, advanced and model new rural finish line.
Not only in Duy Xuyen district, recently Mr. Phan Ngoc Anh has also helped many households in Nong Son (old), Dai Loc, Que Son districts... escape poverty with support of tens of billions of VND.
