During the 4-month period, students will be trained in 114 lessons in 2 combined forms: in-person and online. The program content and training materials use the Tay language communication program compiled and published by Lao Cai province for training cadres, civil servants, and public employees, including 2 parts: Basic communication and extended communication.

In addition, students will have a field trip to the facility and will be awarded a certificate after completing the program.

Van Ban district has a characteristic of more than 50% of the population being Tay ethnic people, scattered in communes and towns. Some places have more than 90% of Tay people living. Training in Tay language will be an opportunity for each cadre, civil servant and public employee to learn more about the language, writing, customs, habits and traditional cultural features of the Tay people. From there, it will do a good job of propaganda and mobilizing people to actively change their thinking and working methods in socio -economic development, eliminate bad customs, and at the same time contribute to preserving the cultural identity of the Tay ethnic group, creating a premise for developing cultural tourism and eco-tourism in Van Ban district.
