The Executive Board of Project 8, Tan Son District Women's Union has just organized 2 training courses on the content according to the Handbook on operating community communication teams of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union for 160 delegates who are Chairmen of the Women's Union; members of the newly established community communication teams in 2024 of 13 communes: Tam Thanh, Vinh Tien, Minh Dai, Xuan Son, Xuan Dai, My Thuan, Thu Ngac and Thach Kiet, Tan Son, Lai Dong, Dong Son, Kiet Son, Thu Cuc.

At the training conference, trainees were instructed on how to operate and manage the Media Team according to the instructions of the Central Association. Through group discussion, role-playing, and presentations, the reporters conveyed the content and knowledge closely following the documents and Handbook of the Central Association.
Thereby, equipping knowledge, skills, methods of operation, maintaining activities to propagate and mobilize people in the community to change their thinking and working style, contributing to eliminating gender prejudices, gender stereotypes in the family and community, harmful cultural practices and solving some urgent social issues for women and children in the locality. At the same time, effectively implementing the Campaign "changing thinking and working style" among ethnic minorities to gradually rise up to escape poverty sustainably" associated with the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas".
