According to the report, in the first quarter of 2025, the lending turnover of credit programs of the Transaction Office of the Social Policy Bank of Van Ninh district was 56 billion 852 million VND with more than 1,000 borrowing households; bringing the total capital as of March 31, 2025 to more than 620 billion VND, more than 19,500 customers with outstanding loans, an increase of 11 billion 587 million VND compared to the beginning of the year; the growth rate of outstanding loans reached 1.9%. The beneficiaries are mostly poor households, near-poor households, policy households, clean water and rural environmental sanitation programs, and job creation. The quality of savings and loan groups in the district is regularly consolidated and improved. Currently, the district has 328 groups. Through inspection and evaluation, the groups with good performance account for more than 85%; the groups with good performance account for 9.15%; the average groups account for 5.79%; there are no weak groups. The quality and efficiency of transaction activities in 13/13 communes and towns of the transaction office in the first 3 months of 2025 are classified as good.
To continue to effectively implement policy credit work in the second quarter of 2025, the Head of the Board of Directors of the Social Policy Bank of Van Ninh district requested members of the Board of Directors, communes and towns to regularly inspect and supervise the operation of lending programs; consolidate savings and loan groups in political organizations; inspect and urge borrowers to use loan capital for the right purposes, pay principal and interest according to regulations; strengthen solutions to limit overdue debt; at the same time, continue to consolidate and improve the quality of credit activities, contributing to effectively implementing the task of implementing credit policies according to the set plan.
