The Mui Ca Mau National Tourist Area covers an area of about 20,000 hectares. Of which, the concentrated development area covers an area of about 2,100 hectares.

The highlight of Mui Ca Mau National Tourist Area is that every year the land is deposited hundreds of meters into the sea.

Visitors can relax with the beautiful natural scenery, sit and watch the sunrise and sunset in the same place.

With the jungle tour, visitors will be able to travel on a canoe through the canals, see the oyster farms on the river, and learn more about the aquaculture of the local people.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hon - Director of Hoang Hon Tourism Service Trading Company Limited, Ngoc Hien District, Ca Mau Province - said that the forest tour is popular with tourists, especially during holidays and Tet.

"Most of the tourists are from other regions who come to Ca Mau. Most of them want to set foot on the southernmost land of the country, see the mangrove ecosystem, experience and enjoy the natural specialties bestowed on Ca Mau," said Mr. Hon.

Ly Minh Tien (a tourist in Ho Chi Minh City) said that although the clam beach is not a very famous destination on the Ca Mau Cape tourist map, Khai Long clam beach is a unique black muddy sand beach, stretching for dozens of kilometers.

Standing on the clam beach, looking offshore is Hon Khoai Island and leaning against the mainland is the rustic, peaceful scene of vast mangrove forests.

"I can dig for clams with my friends and prepare many dishes from this seafood. The clams here are sweet, plump, and have no sand, so they are very delicious. This place is especially attractive to those who are passionate about exploring new, wild lands. It feels very exciting," said Tien.

According to the report of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ca Mau province, during the April 30 and May 1 holidays, Ca Mau welcomed more than 69,600 visitors, an increase of 28.6% compared to the previous year's holiday. Most of the visitors chose to visit Mui Ca Mau Tourist Area, Hon Da Bac Tourist Area and some eco-tourism areas and experiential tourism areas.
