[Video] Hanoi organizes additional entrance exams for public 10th grade from July 17

After completing the confirmation of the first round of admission for the 10th grade admission period for the 2025-2026 school year, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training announced that it will organize an additional admission round to meet the enrollment quota for public high schools that are still lacking students.

The additional admission is expected to begin on July 17 when the Review Council meets to review the remaining quota and determine a new benchmark score appropriate to the actual situation. Immediately after completion, the additional admission list will be publicly announced on the information channels of the Department of Education and Training and the schools.

The supplementary admission round does not apply to online admission confirmation. Therefore, admitted students must come directly to the school to confirm admission between July 19 and July 22.

In parallel with the additional admission process, the review of exam results is also being implemented in accordance with regulations. The review results are expected to be announced no later than July 28. For candidates whose exam scores have changed and are eligible for admission after the review, the admission confirmation will take place directly at the school from July 28 to 30.
