Vietnam in me supports 4.2 billion for the people of Central Vietnam affected by floods

Vietnam in Me concert directed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, organized by Hanoi Opera House, took place on the evening of August 26 at the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh commune, Hanoi).

The concert is not only an event to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day, September 2, but also a message about love for the homeland, the spirit of sharing and the strength of solidarity of the Vietnamese people.

The organizers said Vietnam in Me is an "important experiment" in bringing political art programs closer to the public, especially the youth.

A series of songs with strong national spirit sung in Vietnam in me

Thousands of spectators showed up very early, standing in the rain from the afternoon until the concert started at 8:00 p.m. the same evening.

With more than 20 performances, the concert leads the audience through three parts: Nam in me is a lullaby of memories, Vietnam in me is the journeys, Vietnam in me is a magical land.

The program opened with the wheel of time, returning to her lullaby through the voices of Anh Tu (Voi Ban Don) and Duong Hoang Yen in the songs I am a Vietnamese, Vietnamese Homeland, Our People Sing Folk Songs, Mien An Nhien ...

Duong Hoang Yen brought her newly released song "To Quoc Trong Sang Mat Sun" to the concert. The song praises "the shape of the country, as beautiful as a picture of paradise". The artist also contributed "Cau vong linh linh" , a composition by Hua Kim Tuyen that caused a fever at Chi dep dap gio 2024 .

Yen said this was the first time she performed outdoors in a very heavy rain, but according to the artist, "it's raining for memories" and "no matter how heavy the rain is, it can't hide the energy and love of the audience". She said "I love everyone. Proud to be Vietnamese".

Both of them kept the rhythm for tens of thousands of audiences to sing the song "Noi vong tay lon" in unison , making the stage very hot even though it was raining.

Meanwhile, the Chillies group also had an emotional performance with youthful songs such as Dai lo mat troi, Cu chinh thoi, Vung ki uc . The AP army was "now so cool" with Mui to am, Yeu cuoc doi hon and Kiep sau van la nguoi Viet Nam.

The three Hoa Dam But sisters also brought to the concert many vibrant songs, full of national pride. While the younger brother Erik was young and energetic with "Di giua troi ruc ro" and "Anh trai nuoc Viet" - big hits at "Anh trai say hi" , Duc Phuc was enthusiastic with "Khat vong la nguoi Viet", "Do what you want", "Nguoi oi nguoi o dung ve", then Hoa Minzy "rocked" with the hits "Bac Bling" and "Se chien thang" .

Duc Phuc said, "Vietnam in my heart is a proud and grateful spirit, the spirit of helping each other." Hoa Minzy said, "We are young people, hoping to do something meaningful for the country." The artists called on the audience to support the people of Central Vietnam who are suffering from natural disasters.

Soobin apologizes to the audience for standing in the rain

Right after the Vietnam in me concert ended, Soobin went to Kingdom, his fan community, to apologize.

"Today Soobin feels like he hasn't reciprocated everyone's love - he had to stand since the afternoon, in the rain all day waiting for Soobin to perform," the artist shared that he really wanted to perform more, but due to the nature of the show, he couldn't sing more.

During the exchange, Soobin shared that he felt very honored to stand on the Vietnamese stage in my concert and even more special, this time, to return to Hanoi , with the loving arms of the Hanoi audience for him.

Soobin confided that he was very lucky to still be standing here singing and looking at his audience. He also felt "heartbroken and worried" because the people of Central Vietnam were suffering so much damage due to storms and floods.

Choosing the song "Return" to perform, Soobin said, "Vietnam is my home, no matter where I go, it's still home." The artist called on the audience to unite with the spirit that nothing is insurmountable for the Vietnamese people.
