The leaders of the Czech Senate and the House of Representatives both emphasized the significance of the visit in the context of the two countries celebrating the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations (1950-2025) and the establishment of the Strategic Partnership framework in January 2025; affirming that the Czech Republic always attaches importance to promoting relations with Vietnam, an important partner and potential market of the Czech Republic in Southeast Asia.

Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh affirmed that Vietnam attaches importance to and wishes to strengthen the traditional friendship with the Czech Republic, one of Vietnam's priority partners in the Central and Eastern European region; the Vietnamese people always remember the valuable support and assistance of the Czech people in the struggle for independence and in national construction and development.

The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly suggested that the two sides increase exchanges of National Assembly leadership delegations, committees and friendship parliamentary groups to share experiences in legislation and supervision; and coordinate and support each other at multilateral parliamentary forums.

The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly hopes that the Czech authorities at all levels will continue to create favorable conditions for the Vietnamese community in the Czech Republic to integrate deeply and widely; and propose that the Czech Republic increase the quota for receiving Vietnamese workers.
