Continue writing the epic of the new era.

Seventy-nine years ago, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh, our people rose up in unison to seize power, creating the great August Revolution. On September 2, 1945, at Ba Dinh Square (Hanoi), on behalf of the Provisional Government, President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam - the first people's democratic state in Southeast Asia, now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

This momentous event is a glorious milestone, the pinnacle of the indomitable will and intellectual prowess throughout the thousands of years of Vietnam's history of nation-building and national defense. Our people, from a state of slavery, became masters of their own country, controlling their own destiny. For the past 79 years, the heroic history of our nation, along with the oath of independence and President Ho Chi Minh 's ideology that nothing is more precious than independence and freedom, has served as a guiding light for the entire Party, people, and army, enabling them to overcome countless obstacles and achieve glorious victories in the struggles against foreign invaders as well as in the construction and defense of the Fatherland. After nearly 40 years of implementing the Doi Moi (Renovation) policy, our country has achieved tremendous achievements of historical significance, never before possessing the strength, potential, position, and international prestige it enjoys today.

Benefiting from the achievements of the August Revolution and national independence, for the past 79 years, the Party Committee and people of Thai Binh have united, overcome countless hardships and sacrifices, and achieved many outstanding accomplishments, making a great contribution to the overall victory of the entire nation. On the path of renewal, Thai Binh continues to promote the strength of national unity, effectively implementing resolutions of Party congresses at all levels; strengthening Party building and rectification in conjunction with studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh; focusing on improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations, promoting the role and effectiveness of the management apparatus of the government at all levels; effectively implementing breakthrough solutions in socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and caring for the material and spiritual lives of the people..., creating new momentum and strength in the process of becoming a developed province in the Red River Delta region.

This year's commemoration of the successful August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd coincides with the 55th anniversary of the implementation of President Ho Chi Minh's Testament by the entire Party, people, and army. This is also an opportunity for every Vietnamese citizen to reflect on the glorious history of the nation, look back on the journey towards achieving national independence and socialism, and gain a deeper understanding of the valuable lessons and experiences learned, thereby strengthening the resolve to realize the aspiration of building a strong and prosperous Vietnam.

In the resounding echoes of the triumphant anthem, we are even more proud of the glorious Party and the great President Ho Chi Minh, striving to emulate and follow his thoughts, ethics, and style, especially in effectively implementing his instructions on promoting the strength of national unity and the close, blood-and-flesh relationship between the Party and the people – the source of strength for successfully carrying out the renovation and building a peaceful, unified, independent, democratic, and prosperous Vietnam.

Building on the spirit of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd, each cadre and Party member needs to further promote their pioneering and exemplary role, maintain unity and cohesion within the Party; continue to effectively implement the resolutions and conclusions of the 4th Central Committee Conferences (11th, 12th, and 13th terms) on strengthening Party building and rectification and the political system; resolutely fight against corruption and negative phenomena; prevent and repel the decline in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle, and the manifestations of "self-evolution and self-transformation," building our Party to be increasingly clean and strong, consolidating and maintaining the people's trust in the Party's leadership. The Party Committee and people of Thai Binh province pledge to unite wholeheartedly, strive to overcome all difficulties and challenges, and resolutely implement the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, contributing together with the whole country to continue writing the heroic epic of the new era, for the goal of a prosperous people, a strong nation, democracy, fairness, and civilization.
