At the end of the second quarter of 2025, Vietjet achieved revenue exceeding the plan, ordered many modern aircraft
According to the business results report for the second quarter of 2025, Vietjet recorded aviation revenue of VND 17,681 billion and pre-tax profit of VND 775 billion, an increase of 52.3% over the same period in 2024.

In terms of consolidated business results, Vietjet achieved VND 17,885 billion in revenue and VND 815 billion in pre-tax profit, up 151.5% over the same period in 2024. Ancillary revenue reached more than VND 6,893 billion, continuing to contribute significantly to total revenue.
In the first 6 months of 2025, Vietjet achieved aviation revenue of VND35,600 billion, pre-tax profit of nearly VND1,600 billion, up 37% over the same period. Consolidated revenue reached VND35,800 billion, pre-tax profit reached over VND1,600 billion, up 65% over the same period.
By the end of the second quarter of 2025, Vietjet will operate a total of 154 routes (109 international routes and 45 domestic routes). The airline will operate nearly 41,000 flights, transporting 7.5 million passengers. The total volume of cargo transported in the quarter will reach nearly 29,000 tons.
As of June 30, 2025, Vietjet's total assets reached more than VND 112,330 trillion, with a debt/equity ratio of 1.76 times and a liquidity ratio of 1.44 times, at a good liquidity level in the aviation industry.
Cash balance, bank deposits and cash equivalents, short-term investments reached more than VND9,001 trillion, plus working capital limit, ensuring the company's ability to pay quickly.
The airline operates nearly 41,000 flights, transporting 7.5 million passengers.
Tax payment of more than 4,500 billion VND
Vietjet has contributed more than VND4,528 trillion in direct and indirect taxes and fees in the first six months of 2025.
Vietjet has a technical reliability of 99.53%. The airline is rated as " World's Best Low-Cost Airline" by AirlineRatings and is among the top safest airlines.
The second quarter of 2025 marks a new step in Vietjet's international flight network expansion strategy when the airline launches direct flights from Nha Trang to three major Russian cities: Vladivostok, Khabarovsk and Blagoveshchensk.
In the Chinese market, Vietjet has launched flights connecting Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with Beijing, Guangzhou, and Shanghai, meeting the increasingly vibrant travel and trade needs. At the same time, Vietjet has opened new routes to India and Japan, and increased the frequency of domestic flights to Da Nang, Nha Trang, Tuy Hoa, etc.

Vietjet placed an order for 20 more A330neo wide-body aircraft with Airbus during French President Macron's visit to Vietnam, bringing the total number of A330neo aircraft ordered to 40. Vietjet became the airline with the largest order for A330neo aircraft.
At the Paris Air Show 2025, Vietjet placed an order for 100 new aircraft and 50 options to purchase the new Airbus A321neo. This is the largest aircraft order at the Paris Air Show 2025, placing Vietjet among the top 10 airlines with the largest ordered fleet in the world.

Vietjet takes charge of ground services at the country's largest airports, thereby enhancing service quality control, optimizing operational efficiency and bringing exciting experiences to passengers.
Vietjet has been approved by the Ministry of Construction as the winning bidder for the Project on Investment in Construction and Business of Aircraft Maintenance Services No. 3 and No. 4 at Long Thanh Airport. This is one of the projects in the aircraft maintenance complex serving domestic airlines, ensuring national interests and meeting the operational requirements of Long Thanh International Airport Phase 1.
At the end of the second quarter of 2025, Vietjet continued to affirm its position as a new-generation airline with positive business results, with individual and consolidated pre-tax profits reaching 78 and 75% of the yearly plan, respectively. These strategic steps not only help Vietjet strengthen its internal capacity but also create a solid foundation for Vietjet to make a strong breakthrough in the second half of 2025, aiming for sustainable development and reaching out on the global aviation map.
