Seminar "Exchange of development cooperation between Vietsovpetro and PV GAS" to discuss production and business coordination.

On behalf of the Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Vietsovpetro, there were Mr. Vu Mai Khanh - General Director, Mr. Le Viet Dung - Chief Engineer, Mr. Tran Xuan Hoang - Deputy General Director, Mr. Luong Quoc Dan - Chief Accountant; leaders of departments/offices of the Executive Board and affiliated units.

In the history of formation and development of the two units, PV GAS and Vietsovpetro are the key units of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group and are long-term, important partners of each other. Over the years, PV GAS and Vietsovpetro have cooperated in many fields, in which Vietsovpetro has provided PV GAS with services such as: Gas gathering/transportation, gas works operation, EPC general contractor for gas pipeline projects of the Nam Con Son 2 system as well as other O&M services. PV GAS has also provided many important services to Vietsovpetro such as: Leasing the compression capacity of PV GAS's RDM/RMR gas project to Vietsovpetro, PV GAS's member units such as PVPipe/PVCoating providing pipe winding and pipe coating services to Vietsovpetro... Accordingly, the cooperation between the two parties has achieved many outstanding results in recent years, contributing to increasing the operational efficiency of the parties. Moreover, PV GAS and Vietsovpetro have also actively built and developed a long-term cooperative relationship, for the common benefit and contributing to the increasingly strong development of the Vietnamese Oil and Gas industry, developing international cooperation.

PV GAS's leaders hope that on the basis of inheriting the mutually beneficial cooperation relationship, putting the interests of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group first, Vietsovpetro and PV GAS will promote cooperation, increase exchanges to achieve efficiency in the common projects that both sides are implementing.

Affirming effective working relationships with an open working spirit, actively seeking future cooperation directions.

At the meeting, leaders and participants of PV GAS and Vietsovpetro discussed existing issues and proposed solutions to make the work between the two sides more effective. In the future, the two sides plan to work together on projects related to energy transition and renewable energy, including projects to blend and compress hydrogen and hydrocarbon gas from offshore to onshore for transport and supply to gas consumers.
