Diverse product system

One of the outstanding strengths of Vietnam Chemical Group in the fertilizer sector is its extremely diverse product system, meeting the nutritional needs of crops in all regions, soils and climates. From single fertilizers such as nitrogen and phosphorus to complex fertilizers such as DAP and NPK, Vinachem has large-scale production capacity, supplying the market with millions of tons of fertilizers each year. This diversity and abundance has helped Vinachem occupy about 40% of the domestic fertilizer market share, playing a pivotal and stabilizing role in the Vietnamese fertilizer market.

With a system of 10 member units producing and trading fertilizers spread across three regions, Vinachem has a very large supply capacity. In the first 9 months of 2025 alone, the total output of all types of fertilizers that Vinachem has supplied to the market has continuously exceeded the set plan, growing from 12-18% compared to the same period in 2024.

In addition to meeting domestic demand, Vinachem also actively promotes exports when there is an opportunity. The Group's fertilizer products are popular in many countries thanks to their stable quality and competitive prices. In the first 8 months of 2025, Vietnam exported over 1.5 million tons of various fertilizers, worth 624 million USD, an increase of 29% in volume over the same period last year. In particular, 2025 marked an important milestone when Vinachem officially exported fertilizer products to Cuba - a brotherly country with a special traditional friendship with Vietnam.

Contribute to ensuring national food security

Vietnam is an agricultural country, so food security is always a matter of survival. To ensure stable food production, fertilizers play an extremely important role in improving crop productivity. With a pivotal role in the supply of fertilizers, especially phosphorus fertilizers, Vinachem is contributing to ensuring national food security in a sustainable manner.

Thanks to proactive production and storage, Vinachem always ensures good supply and reasonable prices of fertilizers even in difficult periods when the supply chain is broken, such as during the COVID-19 pandemic or geopolitical conflicts and food security crises.

Maintaining a stable fertilizer supply is of particular importance to farmers. During years of fluctuating fertilizer prices in the world, Vinachem has limited sudden price increases and ensured enough fertilizer for the crop season. As a result, farmers can feel secure in production, without shortage of input materials, contributing to stabilizing the area and output of food crops. The productivity of rice and other key crops in Vietnam has always been high in recent years, helping Vietnam ensure domestic food security and maintain its position as the world's leading rice exporter.

Technological innovation, greening agriculture

Along with production and business tasks, Vinachem always focuses on science, technology and innovation to improve efficiency, aiming at sustainable development in the fields of agriculture, farmers and rural areas. Vinachem's member units not only supply simple fertilizer products, but also actively research, apply new technologies and disseminate farming knowledge to farmers in the direction of "greening" agriculture.

Vinachem has invested heavily in research and development in the chemical industry in general and the fertilizer sector in particular. The entire Group currently has dozens of research centers, laboratories, application centers... focusing on improving production processes, enhancing product quality and creating new products.

The Group has achieved many impressive achievements: Building a smart factory model, applying digital technology to optimize production; implementing green growth projects, reducing emissions; and especially owning hundreds of exclusive patents, useful solutions and domestic and international science and technology awards.
