Vinamilk launches new product using advanced technology.

Vinamilk Green Farm fresh milk is newly produced from ingredients sourced from environmentally friendly farms and uses dual vacuum technology to preserve its natural flavor.
Vinamilk announced its new fresh milk product line at the "Experience the Taste - Journey Through the Realms of Flavors with Vinamilk Green Farm" event held from December 15-17 in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
A highlight of Vinamilk Green Farm fresh milk is that it is the first time the company has applied dual vacuum packaging technology in production, using pure raw materials from an eco-friendly farm system, in order to preserve the natural flavor of the product.

According to company representatives, the dual vacuum packaging technology is a groundbreaking innovation in the dairy processing industry, solving the problem of preserving the nutritional value and fresh taste of milk. Free oxygen radicals are one of the major factors affecting the uniformity and flavor degradation of milk. Through a closed-loop process from farm to finished product carton, the dual vacuum packaging technology eliminates 50% of free oxygen radicals in milk, combined with refrigeration at 4°C during processing. As a result, Vinamilk Green Farm products reach consumers while retaining their natural, rich, creamy flavor with hints of herbs and flowers, and a sweet aftertaste, perfectly suited to Vietnamese palates.
Besides improvements in production technology, the new fresh milk also uses raw materials from ecological, environmentally friendly farm systems.
Ms. Bui Thi Huong, Director of Human Resources, Administration and External Relations at Vinamilk, stated that the company's efforts are focused on investing in sustainable development from an early stage. "With this new product, the company is gradually moving closer to a green future, realizing the goal of improving the quality of life for every Vietnamese family," Ms. Huong said.
With the desire to provide all Vietnamese consumers with the opportunity to access and use products of international quality, Vinamilk Green Farm, despite being produced with groundbreaking advanced technology, still reaches consumers at an accessible price.
A representative from Vinamilk stated: "Consumers always deserve the best product experiences. The product is currently sold throughout Vinamilk's nationwide distribution system.

At events held at the Hanoi Opera House and Lam Son Square Park (Ho Chi Minh City), attendees had the opportunity to sample chilled milk amidst the fragrant scent of flowers and grass; explore Vinamilk's journey in creating the Green Farm vacuum-packed fresh milk line; and immerse themselves in a multi-sensory presentation.
Bao Ngoc, a student at the University of Transport and Communications, said she really likes Vinamilk's new low-sugar milk because of its refreshing, creamy taste that isn't too sweet.
Also arriving early to experience the product, Ms. Le Thi Khue (Long Bien district, Hanoi) said that her family has trusted Vinamilk milk for a long time, so when she saw the brand launching a new product, she bought some to try. "The milk has a refreshing, creamy taste characteristic of cow's milk, not like artificial flavoring, so it's very easy to drink," Ms. Khue said.

Over the past period, with the ambition to achieve Net Zero, Vinamilk Green Farm ecological farm system has focused on sustainable agricultural practices and applied circular economy principles to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and conserve natural resources.
Specifically, Vinamilk's farms have applied biogas technology to convert waste into renewable energy and organic fertilizer used to improve soil fertility. In 2022, Vinamilk Green Farm recycled 216,000 tons of water. To date, the renewable resources at Vinamilk Green Farm are equivalent to the volume of water for 86 Olympic swimming pools and the amount of carbon neutralized is equivalent to 30,000 green football fields...
Focusing on raw materials and innovating in processing methods has helped Vinamilk Green Farm become the first milk brand in the world to simultaneously win three prestigious awards for safety and purity (Clean Label), taste and quality (Monde Selection), and superior taste (Superior Taste) - 3 stars.
The Clean Label Project certification from the US is an award for safety and purity, given to products that meet over 400 stringent criteria for antibiotic residues, unwanted plastic compounds, heavy metals, pesticide residues, and other harmful chemicals, with acceptable thresholds 125 times lower than conventional food safety regulations. Meanwhile, the Monde Selection and Superior Taste Award are considered the "Michelin" of the food and beverage industry.
