The Sustainable Trade Forum took place within the framework of Trade Day, the first of its kind to be held at the Climate Change Conference. Chaired by Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister of State and Minister of Economy, the forum was attended by global leaders, industry experts, and representatives of leading global businesses.
VinFast brought to the Sustainable Trade Forum a multi-dimensional strategy to promote supply chain resilience, withstand global disruptions and minimize environmental impacts. VinFast also shared its strategy to modernize and optimize the supply chain for its vertically integrated model. In addition, VinFast also contributed approaches from the perspective of businesses from Southeast Asia to improve the flexibility and sustainability of global supply chains.

In addition to the session “Enhancing Sustainable Supply Chain Resilience”, VinFast representatives also participated in a discussion session on electrification of transport in Vietnam organized by the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam and UNDP Vietnam. The company shared its experience in developing an electric mobility ecosystem in Vietnam, from manufacturing and developing electric vehicle models to developing a comprehensive electrified transport ecosystem and charging infrastructure on a nationwide scale.
During the 12-day event, VinFast’s premium electric car, the VF 9, will be on display at Expo Dubai City. The event also marks the first time the VF 9 model has been introduced to the UAE market.
