After more than 1 month of implementing the 2-level local government model, the commune has quickly deployed and stabilized the organization of specialized departments and offices under the Party Committee and People's Committee according to the plans approved by competent authorities. The situation of equipment and facilities ensures the performance of tasks. The Standing Committee of the Party Committee focuses on leading and directing Party committees and organizations to thoroughly grasp and promptly and fully implement the Party's resolutions and directives. Especially the preparation work for the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and the local socio -economic development programs and plans.

Identifying the construction of new rural areas as a regular and continuous task, with a starting point but no end, the Party Committee, the government and the people of Vinh Trach commune continue to focus all resources on building new rural areas in conjunction with the socio-economic development plan, improving people's lives. When extracting the birth certificate, Ms. Nguyen Thi Mum, residing in Vinh Trung hamlet, was excited: "I see that the new government has many positive changes, people are served wholeheartedly and enthusiastically by officials and civil servants".
