On the morning of October 3, in Rach Gia ward, the delegation of the 1st An Giang Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, led by Central Party Committee member, An Giang Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Tien Hai, came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate heroic martyrs at the provincial martyrs' cemetery.

The delegation observed a minute of silence to commemorate the heroic martyrs.

The 1st Congress of An Giang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, took place from October 2 and 3, at the An Giang Provincial Cultural and Arts Center, with the participation of 448 official delegates, representing more than 131,000 party members appointed from 107 party committees under the Provincial Party Committee.
