Training on election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels

On the morning of November 23, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) held a training conference on the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term within the VFF system. Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Hoang Cong Thuy, Deputy Head of the Election Steering Committee chaired the conference.

The conference was held in person and online, connecting to the bridge points of provinces, cities, communes, wards, and special zones. Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang province, Ngo Phuong Vu, chaired at the bridge point of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang province.

At the conference, delegates were introduced to and studied the following contents: The system of leadership and direction documents of the Party, State, and Vietnam Fatherland Front on the implementation of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term and the position and role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the election work; the work of consultation, selection, and introduction of candidates for deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

Organizing conferences to collect voters' opinions at the workplace and residence of candidates for the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; inspecting and supervising the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term by the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

Through the conference, it helps Front officials at all levels grasp the professional process, unify implementation, and contribute to careful preparation for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
