The first Congress of the Unification of the An Giang Provincial Notary Association

On the morning of November 23, in Rach Gia ward, the An Giang Provincial Notary Association held the first congress of the An Giang Provincial Notary Association, term 2025 - 2030. Attending the congress were Mr. Nguyen Tan Cuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Judicial Assistance (Ministry of Justice); Mr. Hoang Xuan Hoan, Vice President of the Vietnam Notary Association; Mr. Trinh Tuan Ngoc, Director of the Department of Justice of An Giang province.

Director of the Department of Justice of An Giang province Trinh Tuan Ngoc presented the decision to merge the Notary Association of An Giang province.

At the Congress, Director of the Department of Justice of An Giang province Trinh Tuan Ngoc presented Decision No. 1612/QD-UBND, dated October 21, 2025 of the People's Committee of An Giang province allowing the establishment of the An Giang Provincial Notary Association on the basis of merging the An Giang Provincial Notary Association (old) and the Kien Giang Provincial Notary Association (old). At the same time, the personnel plan was agreed upon, including: Executive Committee, Reward and Discipline Council, and Association Office.

Currently, An Giang province has 40 notary organizations, with 89 notaries.

At the congress, delegates elected the Executive Committee of the An Giang Provincial Notary Association for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 8 members. Mr. Tran Van Khai, Notary of the An Giang Notary Office, was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the An Giang Provincial Notary Association for the 2025-2030 term.
