Vietnamese boxer defeats Chinese opponent at MMA Championship 24

(Dan Tri) - At the MMA Championship 24 which took place on the evening of July 12 in Hanoi, Vietnamese martial artists Ha The Anh and Nguyen Thanh Thoang excellently defeated two opponents from China.

The MMA LION Championship 24 event with the highlight match between "Manh Long Dai Viet" (Vietnam) and two representatives Ha The Anh - Nguyen Thanh Thoan and "Phong Hoa Son Lam" (China) Truong Yen Long - Gia Dien Tan ended with a surprising scenario.

The victory of the duo Ha The Anh - Nguyen Thanh Thoan concluded the successful competition night of the Vietnamese pairs. Phan Huy Hoang - Do Nguyen Minh Quyen defeated the duo Roem Kakada - Sot Seyha (Cambodia) very quickly with Huy Hoang's backhand punch.

In the remaining match, Le Van Vu - Vo Minh Nghia and Sry Sran - Khan Tit (Cambodia) had a tense match. Van Vu's chokehold when defeating Khan Tit opened up a chance of victory for him and his teammates.

Three professional MMA matches ended with three completely different scenarios. “Vietnamese Conor” Danh Quoc’s spinning kick hit Dinh Trung Hieu, knocking his opponent down in just 27 seconds.

Previously, two representatives of Vietnam Top Team, Harry John Smith and Liam Arnold James, defeated opponents Pham Anh Duc and Bui Phong Son with technical knockouts and chokes.

The highlight of the MMA Striking format was Vo Tien Dat's high kick that knocked out Ly Duol, the first knockout of the event.
