Speaking at the opening of the session, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Lo Van Phuong said: At this 20th session, the Provincial People's Council will consider, discuss and decide on 6 important and urgent contents: Approving the policy for the arrangement and reorganization of commune-level administrative units in Dien Bien province; Stipulating the support mechanism for the implementation of social housing construction investment projects in the province; Deciding on the initial charter capital and additional charter capital allocated to the Provincial Land Development Fund; Approving the adjustment of the land area for the investment project to build the Aviation Fuel Sales Point in Dien Bien approved in Resolution No. 214/NQ-HDND dated December 10, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council; Adjusting the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 and 2025; Dismissing members of the Provincial People's Committee.
